An American ammunition manufacturer called G2 Research has developed a new bullet 9mm called RIP, which stands for "Radically Invasive Projectile". The tagline for the bullets is "The last round you'll ever need", which they even trademarked(along with the RIP name).
The Radically Invasive Projectile(RIP) bullet is created to critically damage all vital organs of the victim. The new thing to the bullet is that when you shoot it and the target is hit, the bullet launches 8 shards(seen in picture below) that attack and critically damage the vital organs of the victim. The bullet is titled "The last round you'll ever need", and the product is true to it's title, as just a single bullet into the victim's body will give him a painful death.

The 9mm RIP bullet can go through barriers such as sheet metal, sheet rock, windshields, plywood, and heavy winter clothing, and still kill the victim.
According to the officials of G2 Research, they have tested the bullet in automatic and semi-automatic weapons and even rifles and have had zero failures so far. They claim to have tested the RIP bullet in many firearms such as Sig, Glock, Beretta, Springfield, FN, Tauras, Walther, Khar and S&W, as well as "many others".

Despite it's power, the RIP bullet is cannot penetrate level 3A body armor which is wore by law enforcement officials and according to the company's president Cliff Brown, that was one of their "main goals when designing this bullet".
You can see the 9mm RIP(Radically Invasive Projectile) bullet entering a chicken, and then releasing the 'projectile' shards in the chicken creating the exit wounds in this video:
The RIP(Radically Invasive Projectile) bullet is out now for sale. The bullets are being criticised by some, mainly on the fact that it can be used in 9mm Handguns which are common and will obviously be used widely by criminals as well. Another reason stated is that with a normal bullet, a victim shot by a criminal had a chance to survive. However, if the victim is shot with a RIP bullet, he will instantly die without having a chance for survival.
