In this post, we wont be discussing social or top apps, we will be discussing short and free apps that are very useful, and you wont have to find specific apps for your routine tasks.

In Windows Phone 8.1, you cannot set any sound file as a ringtone, you have to follow their official method which is to make a folder of Ringtones from your PC in your phone, and add the sound files that you want to use as a ringtone.
