YouTube is unblocked in Pakistan?

YouTube has suddenly started working in Pakistan again as of a few hours ago. Although there are many bugs on it, and it is not working properly, it is unblocked. There is no notice from either the government of Pakistan, PTA, Google or YouTube and the anti-Islam movie is now uploaded on YouTube in full videos, and not a single of the content has been removed. It is unclear what happened, since there is no word from any of the parties and not a single action was took on YouTube's side either.

UPDATE:
YouTube is only working on a few internet connections in Pakistan, and it's hard to open it. It only opens after some tries and stops opening again. However, all the issues that Blogger was suffering due to the blocking are fine now. So the question remains, is it unblocked or is this a technical issue? Stay tuned for more on the story!
