According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan is going to file a lawsuit against Rockstar for "unauthorized" use of her picture. She claims that the blonde woman holding a phone seen in the promotional and game(pictured above) is based on her. TMZ pointed out that her likeness is used in "Part of the game features a mission where a Lindsay Lohan look-alike asks the player to take her home and escape the paparazzi", as well as "Another part of the game shows another Lindsay-like character at a hotel resembling the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood -- a place Lindsay not only frequents but once lived at -- and the mission is to photograph her having sex on camera".

However, a model called "Shelby Welinder" has already claimed that Rockstar hired her in 2012 to pose for the game's promotional/game art. Uproxx posted a picture comparison, which can be seen in the picture above. Which proves that they hired Shelby Welinder to do the picture, and did not rip-off Lindsay Lohan.

What do you think? Did Rockstar rip-off Lindsay Lohan? Or is it just an attempt to get some extra cash? Share your opinion with us!
